I can't stand this place. It is dirty, it smells, and is just gross. The servers are really nice, I definitely will say that. Food is "restaurant chain quality". I didn't have a bad experience that is swaying my opinion, Its just that this place is physically disgusting.

The waitress was annoying and gave me a bunch of one's for change like i'm going to leave them for a tip. She got her 20%.

Our waitress seated us immediately and the food was served fast. The service was friendly and seemed to appreciate our business even though it was busy and we had a party of seven.

I love the breakfast here. Huge portions and taste great. If you go on a weekend, better get there early beause it fills up fast and you will end up waiting.

Our server, Victoria, was very nice and constantly checked in on us. We didn't have to ask her for refills and she was very pleasant considering our son was having a meltdown. It was better than our local IHOP.

Breakfast here is fast and typical of the chain. Waitstaff is friendly, and the value for the meal is pretty good. If I can't find a good local place for breakfast, I have no issues with going to IHOP.

The place was packed, but you would have never known it. We got in and were seated promptly. We had great attention from the waitress and the food was awesome!

If you have been to any IHOP, this one is standard.
