We've been here a few times now and it does seem like "Chicago Italian". The service has been OK but we've really enjoyed the food. The pasta, salads, the wine. Nothing to complain about here. The prices are OK too.

If I were blindfolded and sat in this restaurant, I would swear we were in Chicago or New York. This place is Old School Italian family restaurant. The food is amazing. The decor is great. I will be back.

Noah's is an institution just west of downtown Des Moines. This is a place that's been run by the same family since the beginning of time. This place has been in business all my life, it is one of those good old fashion places that has great atmosphere and even better food. I think I have eaten everything on their menu at leas once, over the years, never had one bad morsel. Love this place!

Stopped in to an old favorite. My waitress was excellent. The food was a disappointment. The pasta with Noah's own sausage turned out to be rigatoni with an undistinguished red sauce on top, with small flecks of cheese i could see but not taste. Where are the spices??? A good variety of food. Sort of an "old fashioned" restaurant, but their food is always excellent...as is the service. Reservations for dinner is highly recommended. The quality of their food and service is a testament to how long they have been in business. Great place!

It may be old inside, but the food and service do not compare to most other places in Des Moines. Check out the bar on the East side of the building! Great Prime Rib, Pizza, Lasagna

This has been in Des Moines for years. The food is good and I would take guests there for dinner or lunch. It has a quiet atmosphere, but a good place for families or a date. It is really good.

This is the best pizza! Good, old school, Italian cooking.
