I like to support local restaurants so was excited when something new went in. I've been to the Middle East and am a fan of the food. I believe Pita Grille does a credible job of representing the region's fare and appreciate the freshness of their offerings.

This place seems to be a secret. It has the best baba in town. The space is very nice, with surprisingly high end service wear. It is casual service however, as you order at a counter and the food is brought to your table. Owner has always been onsite when we have visited. I enjoy eating here for a casual,... More

We have recently started eating more vegetarian food and this is a great option. The meat eaters like me love the shawarma and chicken tangine. Numerous veggie choices make it fun for veggie folks in the family. After you eat all the healthy food, you can make up for it with incredibly rich desserts.

The food is quite good and the prices are competitive for South Bend - Mishawaka. Everything is made fresh daily. Our teenaged kids have become fans which is gratifying, especially since they've consumed lots of fast food over the years! All things considered, I would give Pita Grille 5 stars. It is our new favorite restaurant.

The appetizers were all good served w/ crispy pita bread. I had beef dish with rice. Beef was a little tangy but the rice was very good with raisins and almonds. Side salad was good too. I would go again and try some other dishes.

Had two lunches here lately. Both were wonderful. Food is Greek or Mediterranean or Arabian. A little of both. Lots of chicken and lamb dishes, felafels, pitas, etc. Good prices. Wonderful blend of spices. Simple but elegant decor. Large open room. Not quite as sophisticated as Aladdins down the street, but I felt the food was just as good, or... More

Got take out and tried chicken and beef shawarma pitas, falafel pitas and grilled chicken fatoush salad. The salad was very good, the chicken grilled well. The chicken pita did not seem to be shawarma, it seemed to be more like diced chicken. The beef was more flavorful but very tough. The biggest disappointment was the falafel. You will either... More

Friendly, helpful staff and service, but food does not measure up to my other Mediterranean favorites: Elia's and Aladdin's. Elia's menu is the most authenic and has the best taboulleh I have ever tasted! Ask to meet the owner – she is delightful! Aladdin's food is fresh, generous and their lamb roll-ups are exquisite. Pita Grille's food may be one... More

The people are fashionable and friendly. The food has all of the little quality touches. The salad was mostly veggies and not mostly leaves, and those veggies were light, cold and crisp. Excellent quality food by people who care and it shows.

This is the first time trying this place but we will definitely be coming back. The menu is a little bit small but I prefer it that way. It is looks really cool inside but they still have a bit of work to do. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a good lunch
