The food is good, I just wish they offered more healthy options. Pretty much everything there is fried, which most of us know means yummy, but for those of us trying to lose weight it isn't the best place. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice.

I used to eat there often in the 90"s but te food went downhill in early 2000. I have eaten there several times since the cigar shop opened across the street and the food is very good. Their lima beans are excellent, the fish and fried chicken are good. The best value is Roast Beef Manhattan.

A friend and I ate there yesterday for lunch, It's clean and the people are very nice. we both had the Roast beef Manhattan, the beef was a little stringy, but tasty. the mashed potatoes were good and the buttered corn was fantastic. I'll go back again, but I will get something else. Oh, it is cafeteria style.

This cafeteria style restaurant has been on the Jeffersonville waterfront for years. I use to go here all the time with my folks. It is great home cooking that you remember grandma use to make. Great price for great food.
