I've eaten at Joe's 4-5 times in the past. However during my most recent visit, food wasn't quite as tasty as I had remembered. Alfredo sauce came out bland.

Ah, small hometown dining is all it should be at Joe's. Seating can be a problem on busy nights, but they move people through quickly. Food is prepared to order and they are more than helpful adapting to a Vegan diet. Can be a little noisy on family night, but it is still a good bargain and great food!

From the pizza to the pasta, everything is just simply wonderful! Good atmosphere at their resturant, good service if you cater a lunch. Defintely a place to stop when passing through Effingham!

Amazing food, ordered stuffed shells that in my opinion was better then some I've had from Boston. The pizza was decent, great sauce lots of cheese pretty good flavor. Service was very friendly. Value was decent but could be better. Even gave us a military discount. Thanks Joes.

The food is always great at Joe's. We loved the pizza and pastas. Price is very reasonable (around $6-15/plate) The service is excellent, the staff are always very attentive and fast. It's a great hometown restaurant. The setting is very nice and a great setting for a date night. I would highly recommend for a nice sit down meal.

So happy to have a locally owned pizza that delivered to our hotel. The pizza was very cheesy! Loved it! Our order arrived in the time promised and was exactly as ordered. Very pleased...recommended!

Thsi is food worth going out of your way for, downtown across from the courthouse. We had salad, pizza and wine - all of it was wonderful. Service was among the best in any restaurant anywhere. Olga was a treat. Price was right.
