When I go to Effingham I always try to go by China Express and get their Vegetable Fried Rice! It is made while you wait and has the best vegetables in it!

This place is awesome! The owner is always working and always friendly, The delivery driver is polite and FAST! Their food is amazing! its a nice little local place that really packs the flavor. The amount of food you get for the price is astonishing. Definately going to eat here again next time im in town!
