Went there for breakfast. The breakfast was great, the atmosphere was very nice and if you can get a window booth you canlook out over Michigan Ave. Good food and a good location.

We had 2 terrific lunches here!! The menu is fairly extensive. The salads, apps and tapas were all wonderful! Service is wonderful, it is very busy so the wait can be a bit much. The desserts that you have to order with your entrees are amazing and worth the wait!
Went for dinner at the Grand Lux with my mum, brother, sister in law and niece. The initial service we received was good. My mum had the pork chop main. She had started tone at it but when she got to the middle it was bloody. This was brought to the waiters attention. When the bill arrived the pork chop...

We saw this restaurant as we were walking down Michigan avenue. Although the restaurant was packed we only waited about 30 minutes for dinner. Food was excellent, reasonable prices as well. We had a table facing Michigan avenue which was great! It is a little bit loud, but great if you're traveling with kids
We arrived at Grand Lux Cafe on the way to Willis Tower. The service was warm and friendly and the food was great. The portion sizes were only slightly large. We were seated near the window and enjoyed very nice views of Chicago downtown, I haven't eaten mushroom burger like this before. It was coarsely grated small mushroom pieces stuck...

Make sure you get there early, we were there around 11:30 for lunch and by noon it was NUTS. Although, if I would have known how good it was I might have waited. The service was fast and very friendly, food and beverages were amazing (mimosa's were overpriced though), and it is a beautiful venue, definite must try!
We wandered in off the Miracle Mile in shorts & t-shirts & felt totally relaxed & welcome. The welcome was warm & friendly and the food amazing. Big portions!! On our waiter's advice we shared a couple of appetisers & didnt order anything else at that point. Wise decision!! The Asian Nachos with chicken satay are fabulous, as was the...

Located on the second floor on Michigan Ave., the restaurant is gorgeously appointed and gives a great few of Michigan Ave. If you have the time, it's worth waiting for a window seat. The food is excellent (lemon chicken picatta is my absolute favorite). Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. Highly recommend. Depending on when you...

I traveled to Chicago on May 25, 2013 via train to show my cousin a great time. She was visiting Indy from Memphis, TN. When I tell you our meal, service and cocktails were the best ever, please believe it. One of my best experiences on the Magnificant Mile.
This restaurant is huge with tons of choices. My daughter had great vegetarian pizza and my husband had fried chicken. They both loved their food. The service here is VERY good, but it took a while to get our food. Portions are huge and we had enough leftovers for a second meal.
