I had the grilled octopus appetizer and sushi and my business partner had a steak. The octopus was terrific -- 3 large tentacles grilled with wonderful seasoning and then served with shaved apple. The sushi was top notch -- tuna is a giveaway because inexpensive tuna is easy to spot and this was first rate. The steak was also perfect.... More

Ate here on recent business trip. Locally sourced angus beef, and organic veggies made a delicious combination. spicy tuna and a to- die for filet mignon, with asparagus. The salmon roe was too big and fishy, but the rest was spot on. Nice wine and a molten chocolate dessert. It doesn't get much better!

After a long flight, I checked into the Hyatt Regency hotel. I wanted a good meal in close proximity and found both at Stetson's. The steak I ordered was sublime and nicely paired with the Argentinean Malbec the waiter recommended. It is a bit pricey and could have come with a veggie and starch (which were offered ala carte). The... More

We were staying at the Hyatt and wanted a quick but good meal. The Chef's selection sashimi was exceptional, but the sushi and seafood platter (which the table shared as an app) were just okay. The seafood was slightly overcooked which wouldn't have been a huge deal except for the fact that the platter is $35/pp. Overall not a bad... More

I accidentally landed at this Steakhouse after having a lack of service at the bar/restaurant in the hotel. The Hyatt is starting to utilize technology more. This technology is being moved into the restaurant service also. My waiter brought an Ipad that contained an interactive wine list. I had a salad and steak, both of which were cooked to perfection.... More

This restaurant had a nice atmosphere with superior service. We are a young, professional couple so do not often spend over $100 on a meal but decided we would splurge for the vacation. The staff made us feel special and the food was very good. Overall, you pay to feel like you are a big shot eating fancy food :-)

Excellent atmosphere, excellent service, and excellent tasting meal. The wait staff was very friendly & accomodating. My steak was cooked to perfection and the asparagus with horseradish cheese was beyond excellent. I almost forgot, the popovers were warm & delicious. After my meal, the general manager came to ask how my meal was and gave me his business card. When... More

We enjoyed our dinner there. Nice bar, great drinks. Service is spotty, could step it up some. Overall nice place for drinks and steak if you don't want to leave the premises. If you do you have a lot to choose from.

We had a long drive to Chicago and were hungry. The Grand Hyatt didn't have many restaurants to offer, and we don't generally eat red meat or sushi. But they also serve fresh fish . Well, what a surprise. First, outstanding service from everyone there. Second, wonderfully fresh fish - - I had the string fish of the day which... More
