BJ and I had to be in Emmett on an errand and stopped by the Beijing restaurant for a quick bite to eat, not expecting much. Good Asian food is hard to find in this part of the West, unless you're in bigger places such as Boise, and the city of Emmett is a smaller country town. We were pleasantly...
