I was in Boise for 10 days, I had Good Wood 4 times because it was THAT GOOD. They also delivered to the hotel Oxford Suites!

Love the BBQ sauce and the way they prepare the food. Had the combo plate with pulled pork and ribs. We will be back :-D

I had one of the tastiest and tender steaks that I have ever eaten. The greeter was very nice and the server was phenomenal. The sides were splendidly delicious. while I won't likely be back in Boise soon,when I am I will definitely stop in again. (Very smiley people) Thanks for a great meal!

We ate at the Meridian location. Service was pleasant and quick, esp. for how busy they were at the time. BBQ is very good.

The BBQ sauce is to die for and the potato salad and beans are excellent. Always a fantastic meal and large portions.

I have not eaten at any other restaurants in Boise, but on a recent stopover we tried this place and left full and happy. Good service, very clean, and tasty BBQ. Tried the brisket and pulled pork, both very good. Great onion rings. Large portions. Extensive menu.
