“Consistently good neighborhood Mex - Best Margaritas”

I'm surprised that this isn't more highly rated really. I've been going here for the last few years for a few reasons. First, the margaritas are excellent. No, you won't get them frozen, if you want that, go somewhere else. If you want margaritas made with mix, also go somewhere else. But if you want margaritas made with lime juice,... More

If you are brave enough try the Devil's water, tequila infused with hot peppers. Everything here is homemade and you can taste the difference. I love the veggie Cuban sandwich. More

Mezcalito's is in a little downtown area of Decatur called Oakhurst. The restaurant is small & inviting. The bar staff is always personable & friendly. We always get the 2 taco special - one steak & one fish. It comes with a side of spinach rice (yum) and the only black beans I will ever eat - I hate black... More
