I enjoyed my first trip to Boston's Fish House while being in the Orlando area. The service was prompt and courteous. The food was delicious. We had onion rings, zucchini sticks, tossed salads, clam strips, cod chunks (with a wonderful topping)......everything was great! The fried items were not greasy at all.

My spouse and I had the calamari appetizer and the fried shrimp entree. The shrimp entree was good and the portion large. The calamari tasted salty and over-spiced, and the batter was too crunchy, all of which overwhelmed the calamari. I would not order it again. Place was packed on a Sunday afternoon, good sign if what was to come. Calamari was outstanding. Ordered the Mahi tacos. They were ok, needed lime or cilantro in my opinion. Service was good considering how busy the place was. Would return for the calamari but would try another dish next time.

Catch this place early, its usually filled most of night and rotates quickly. Seating inside and out. Food is ok"ish", service ok. The fish tasted a bit insipid, which I corrected with salt. Maybe the timing was unfortunate (most of the team was having lunch), but even taking that into account, I wasn't impressed.

I was introduced to this restaurant a few years ago by family members and we LOVE going there whenever we are in the area. They have the best seafood...their breading is so light.
