We went for Sunday brunch - it was pricey ($50 pp), but included unlimited mimosas. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was unbelievable, and our waiter was very attentive. You have to check out the dessert room!

Have been to the Sunday brunch many times before. Wow, the price is now up to $69 for Mother's Day. Was disappointed there was no smoked trout or anything but lox. The caviar was good, but the duck was steamy and tough. The desserts seemed to be an endless array of little dishes with lots of fake whipped cream and...

My husband and I went this past Saturday evening for dinner. We had all been there numerous times.
We were seated shortly after we arrived for our reservation by a great table with a view of the bay.
The chef came out and brought us an amuse bouche which was a huge scallop on a bed of some type of...

Some of the best views in Tampa Bay mark Oystercatchers as a place for a special meal. Parallel to the location of the restaurant is the presentation of the food. Ceviche with three different sauces and plantain chips makes for a festive experience as much on appearance as taste. Wood roasting adds flavor to lobster tails. Everything was delicious and...

I've been to Oystercatchers a coupple of times now, and just went for brunch for the first time. We went for Mother's Day so it was a little pricey-er (normally $50/person and it was $75/person) but as long as you go with an emplty stomach it is worth it! The food was all fresh and they had everything you could...

Hidden gem. The food is great but the views and the privacy are amazing. Its by the Hyatt but the drive to the restaurant is a long a road that is covered with trees and you will see a lot of rabbits along the way.
Have dinner or sunday brunch then sit outside to enjoy the view. Once youre done...

I took my wife to Brunch at Oystercatchers for Mothers' Day. I had read that it was one of the top 3 Sunday brunches in the Tampa Bay area so I thought we'd give it a try. I had called and made reservations for 2pm. We arrived promptly at the appointed time and were told there was a wait for...

Because of its out of the way location, Oystercatchers is probably off the radar for many visitors to the Tampa Bay area. This is unfortunate since the bay view is as nice as any beach or intercoastal restaurant view in Clearwater/StPete/Tampa. Located on the Grand Hyatt property, this out of the way seafood restaurant serves locally sourced seafood with impeccable...

The food was very good. However, for what we paid I felt hurried and that we were just another table that needed to be turned over quickly.
Always exceptional food at the Sunday Brunch, wish we could afford to go more often. The view, service and variety make this a special time out.
