We went three times during our three day trip to St. Augustine. The Hyppo offers a fresh take on ice cream. They serve Popsicles created from unique blends. My favorite was "The Elvis" which was a blend of peanut butter, honey and banana. My husband loved "Straight Up Strawberry." The Hyppo offers a charming atmosphere in a beautiful and friendly... It is Day 1 of our trip to St. Augustine and we ought his place out after hearing multiple recommendations. We had the chocolate dipped Elvis (peanut butter, banana, honey) popsicles. No fake banana flavor here! I eat peanut butter daily and pair it with chocolate constantly. I have never had a combo that tasted like this...so delicious! We will... More

Something for everyone, even bacon for the novelty-notch-on-the-belt-foodie. I made a suggestion for mini pops, so each guest can try 2 or 3! The nice guy working the shop was more than happy to chat and discuss all the flavors! We'll be back! A reasonably priced treat.

Stumbled upon this place in St. Augustine this past weekend. These popsicles are unbelievable in what the flavors they come up with. At 3.50 each one I feel that is a little steep, but hey it's St Augustine and what can you do. Highly recommend this place for a cool treat.

went here after reading about it on TA. A nice finish to a great meal at Columbia. I had the Straight Strawberry with the little berry buds.. My wife had the Strawberry & Lemonade flavor. At $3.50, its a little pricey but where can you get all these exotic flavors? Try it you'll like it!!

My family dropped in for dessert after having dinner downtown. The flavor combinations of these popsicles were incredible!! The ingredients were fresh (strawberry, coconut, plum sangria). The best part is you can have your pop dipped in chocolate :-) I had coconut dipped in chocolate and it was wonderful. We loved them so much we ended stopping back by the... More

Being an ice cream lover, I was so excited to try these pops when I saw the sign for "gourmet" pops. All the flavors looked delicious, but ultimately, I settled on the pineapple papaya. It was soooooo good. I tasted both flavors and the pop was perfectly sweet- not too much, not too little- just right. I was sad that... More

Just the right amount. Flavors, ingredients, location and price are all great . The ones containing dairy are marked...just ask. A nice change from ice cream cone

Three words....Chocolate Covered Elvis. I visited the Hyppo for the first time about two years ago. I had to try them again during my next visit to St. Augustine. You can get your paleta dipped in chocolate now too. Yum!
