Description: We call it the “collective kitchen.” For the menus of 3800 Ocean are inspired not only by the local abundance of South Florida’s renowned crops that thrive under a hospitable climate, but by the regional flavors that stir the souls of our collaborative team of chefs. Each chef brings a new insight to the table: the comfort food favorites of New England; the fire and spice of Mexico; the Caribbean traditions of Jamaica; and the ageless classics of Long Island. Our own local abundance of fresh produce and seafood allows us to take the collective kitchen dining concept quite literally. Everything is made from scratch. Every taste evokes an emotional connection to a past culinary memory, or perhaps a future craving.

First, while the address is Riviera Beach, Florida, it is actually located in the Palm Beach Marriott on Singer Island. The restaurant has beautiful ocean views. It is truly gourmet with everything cooked to order, presented beautifully, and very tasty. It's a varied menu. The hotel is located in a resort. We are locals and go there frequently for both... Liked the complete set up at the resort with the bar restaurant anchoring a wonderful visit. The bartender Michelle? I think was very pleasant and informative on things to do in the area and what restaurants to avoid-tourist traps. Pool was great and the staff typical great Marriott employees

Beautiful beachfront chic location. The food is very plentiful, I recommend eating off the bar menu or ordering appetizers as your entree if you are not into huge portions. An appetizer salad and an appetizer as entree are more than enough food. Excellent professional service. Only drawback is restaurant (with beachfront view) is very noisy, at least in the evening.... My wife and I ate here in April 2013. We arrived at 5:45 on a weekday and we were the only ones being seated, which concerned me. Our waitress and her waiter "in training" were friendly and helpful. The Crab cucumber salad was very fresh and flavorful, perfect after a day on the beach. However the Caribbean "Blaff" was beyond... More

Nice atmosphere with a beautiful beachfront view. Service was excellent but the food was not overwhelming. I didn't care for the mahi preparation at all as it was way too salty and spicy and swimming in black beans. Drowned out the flavor. Scallops were good with spinach, but just good, not great. All in all not a worthwhile value unless... More

The seafood is fantastic. The pulled pork sandwich on the lounge menu was the best sandwich I've ever eaten. Do not miss it! The grilled shrimp cocktail was also excellent.

We had a good meal, but it was the most expensive of the restaurants we went to that week. The space is beautiful and the menu is good. We wanted to stay local and not drive, but I think with the kids I would have taken the drive.

This restaurant in the evening without being able to see the ocean, lacks sizzle. Because the design of the restaurant is primarily hard surfaces, while beautiful to look at, this feature makes it somewhat noisy. The bar area is quite nice. Try to arrive while it is daylight so you can enjoy the ocean view. The service was attentive and... More
