We ate there for lunch, and although not busy the service was slow and food not that great. Hopefully with time, they will get it together more. The bar has a really great view and their menu is very large.

The place was ok, the layout was weird. We had a party of 8 and we requested outside seating, we basically ended up with our own balcony seating-very nice.
