I give this restaurant NO STARS...Terrible food, terrible service, dirty dishes. We bought a gift card from Restaurant.com and they refused to honor it. The assistant manager Lili said that they had cancelled their contract with Restaurant.com a week before and that our gift card was not valid any longer even though I had just purchased it. assistant manager Lili... This resturant is not owned by mexican! The people that work there are either Puerto Rican or Dominican! I went there for the first time and was very disappointed!

Coming from TexAs, this does not compare with Mexican Food back home.service was slow, waitresses walked by without noticing that tea glasses were empty & chips/salsa were gone.

We were fooled by the signs and the # of cars in the lot. I've eaten Mexican Food all over the world, including the best restaurants of Mexico City. And I was a food server in a fabulous place in Los Angeles a few years back, so... ;-). This place was just shy of terrible. The staples... beans, rice, tortillas... More

This restaurant is a RIP-OFF! This is sadly called a Mexican Restaurant. The food was terrible and the quality of the food was dismal (bad). The prices were way too high. I am never ever coming back here.

I am from Canada where the best mexican food is at taco bell, so this place was pretty amazing compared to what I'm used to. We took our kids and had a great meal. I had a chille relleno and a chicken burrito. We had a friendly waitress and the restaurant is decorated nicely. They also had a stage for... More

Muy bueno! I've eaten here the last two nights. Quiet, nondescript restaurant in a strip mall. But...the food was outstanding (opt for the HOT salsa) and the servers were very attentive. El Paso combo hit the spot, and the chicken/steak/chorizo fajitas were delicious as well. Worth the stop!

Most towns have a Mexican restaurant but the food is usually a sampling of Hispanic foods from Columbia, Puerto Rico, Mexico and other Hispanic cultures. Rio Mexican Grille does a good job of staying true to its name. Most dishes are true Mexican offerings similar to the street vendor's classics back in Mexico. The fajitas are just like you might... We were starved and our preferred restaurant was full - This had 2 people in - sirens should sound, but hey we like to think the best of places, how dam wrong we were. Service started good, maybe too good, over smiled servers bordering slimy, chips arrived and were warm good start, but the salsa was obviously tampered with -... More
