Outback likes to add the gratuity when you've been giving horrible service so they're server still makes the money they didn't deserve. I don't mInd tipping but when you didn't even fill up our drinks or even ask how we're doing after we get our food you don't deserve 18%. More

Attached to the hotel, had great service but it was fairly expensive for chain food fair. Food was prepared well, server was friendly and attentive, but it is an Outback - many other better options nearby. More

Both Omar and Seth were very busy; however were pleasant and took the time to engage in conversation with guests. Food was basic; enjoyed the salad more than the prime rib sandwich. More

The service at the outside Tiki bar was SLOOOOOOWWWW. It took over 30 minutes for us to get a lemon aide and ice tea. The alcoholic drinks came right away.
