Papa's Cafe has changed its name to Papa's Tapas and moved to its new location at 259 NE 2nd Avenue in the trendy Pineapple Grove section of Delray Beach. The new place is roomier and more comfortable while the food and service remain wonderful. The red sangria is the best that we've had in sometime. Our entrees were delicious. We... More

WOW! My friends and I were blown away with this wonderful little restaurant, We were greeted with friendly service by Lynn, and the fabulous chef and general manager Yvette Meneses along the gifted Chef Cristobal. In terms of the food? Amazing! We started with a cazuelita with shrimp, calamari, scallops, mushrooms, and chorizo, all sautéed with garlic and olive oil at... More

I am from Texas and thought we would try Spanish instead of Mexican. We started with the best sangria EVER! Our appetizer was the sautéed mushrooms. OMG! Mushrooms, Spanish sausage, garlic, spices, to die for! I had a grilled bone in pork chop that was so tender that I could cut it with my fork. My wife had the Polo... More

Small family run Spanish restaurant. Visited last month. Service excellent. Sangria homemade, good, maybe a touch too sweet for my tasted. Prices reasonable. Next time I'll call ahead for the seafood paella. Food was plentiful and tasty.

Living in Delray, we've tried most of the restaurants around our town. Papa's is hands down one of our favorites. Lunch or dinner, Papa's has unbelievable food and great prices. We have tried about half of the items on the menu and loved EVERY one of them...especially the Sangria! We love everyone at Papa's!

Great food, friendly wait staff. This is a hole in the wall. If you don't know it's there you will possibly drive right by it. It's at the corner of Congress and Lake Ida in a little strip of what looks like Doctors offices. Try the Basa with green sauce yellow rice and beans.

We went here last night, 3/31/12 and were more than pleasantly surprised. While the place is very small, only seating around 30 people, they are moving in about a month to 259 N.E. 2nd Avenue in Delray Beach. Last night, I had a special, Bassa in a sauce that was to die for. It came with a big portion of... More

Fabulous Spanish food--the paella is to die for. Make sure to order ahead because it takes 45-minutes to make. The restaurant is located in an office complex and is very hard to find, but the owner told us he's moving to a more visable spot. The Sangria is fantastic but you can also BYOB.

This is a very good spanish restaurant located in a business office complex, very difficult to find but well worth the effort. The food is served on tables circa 1950s high school cafeteria basic but clean, the servings are generous and the food delicious. the owner advised us that in the next 2 months he is moving to a new...
