After coming here on vacation and this place being recommend by the locals I was totally disgusted with this so called upper class restaurant!!! Firstly we were advised to book so we call and got told as long as we arrive by 9pm we did not need to book also it was ok to take children there as we have... More

Very disappointed in the grouper..dry and not worth $32..also my husband had the duck which is always great but it was poor too..sorry to see this restaurant go so low in quality. too many other great restaurants on the space coast to go to..The Fat Snook is off our list.

My wife and I have been enjoying this establishment since it opened. We count it among the top three restaurants in the Space Coast region. Whenever we've taken visiting friends and family, they come away with the same impression: "what a great meal!" Creative menu. Friendly staff. Great wine selection. Although fish is a specialty, the cocoa rubbed beef dish... More

I have eaten here several times, the last was about 6 months ago. This time everything was good to very good, but nothing was great. The black grouper special was very bland and the meat was not real firm. The tripletail special was good. The scallops were good. I had the blackened chicken which was OK, something I could make... I took my two adult children to the Fat Snook this past Saturday and I was delighted to see they had a good crowd, everyone having a good time. The food was spectacular. Two of us had the Maryland crab soup, rich with lump backfin crab meat and a creamy texture (but not thick), and one had a delicious crab... More

We went to three other restaurants in Cocoa Beach and looked at their menus before arriving at The Fat Snook. We were thoroughly glad that we stayed. Our food was exquisite; we enjoyed braised duck breast, free-form goat cheese lasagna, and crab cake, and all agreed that the pesto shrimp and pumpkin grits were easily the most remarkable dish any... It's not easy to please a well-traveled omnivore father, a vegetarian teenage daughter, and a son who eats nothing but chicken tenders and pizza. But The Fat Snook accomplished it. We had been underwhelmed by much of the other food in Cocoa Beach, and got a recommendation for The Fat Snook which we were glad we followed. My own meal... More

In a part of Florida where dining means chain restaurants, fast food, or dingy independent establishments offering little to draw one in, one place stands above the fray - the Fat Snook. Tucked away in a non-descript building on the west side of highway 1A (Atlantic Avenue in Cocoa Beach), the Fat Snook is an oasis for those looking for... More

The entrees at The Fat Snook were excellent but perhaps a little too upscale for children. The quality of the food was excellent and they have a great wine list. The service was first rate. We were disappointed in the salads.and the difficulty getting the staff to alter the menu for our needs.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal here recently. The food, wine, and service was excellent. Our server (Franchesca) was attentive, and other staff also came by to assist. We each had a different fresh fish special which we both enjoyed. The wine selection is also quite good. The place is small, and reservations should be made to ensure... More
