The Sunday brunch at Confucius is delicious. All the selections are wonderful and it's fun to go with a group and sample the different dishes. Plus, at a $11.95 per person, it's a great value. Next, we're going to try the Monday night fish special dinner.

I had the Wonton soup. I didn't like the egg whites on the top but overall the soup was hot & tasty. I tried the thick skinned pork dumplings. I wished there was a little more flavor to the pork but I thought they were packed with meat & fried well. The dipping sauce was very good. General Tso's chicken... More

Cute, clean interior. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Delicious food. Can't wait for the next visit. My husband had the Hunan beef while I enjoyed the Crispy Walnut Scallops and Shrimp. You could tell the broccoli, peppers, and asparagus in his dish were not cooking all day mush. My dish was in the sweet side but enjoyed with the perfectly cooked brown... More

This restaurant is the best to me in this area. Portions could be larger for the prices but the food is very tasty.

Forget the gloppy, heavy Chinese food you have eaten elsewhere. Confucius is a revelation. The food is light and flavorful, and when they say spicy, believe it! Even the fried items are not heavy or dull. The sauces accentuate, and don't overwhelm. The staff is also wonderful.

We decided to go here last minute on New Years Eve. I've experienced Confucious before but it had been a few years. We made reservations just to be sure. We arrived early and were seated. They were almost full and we got the next to last table in the back. Everything was good, the food and service. Appetizers, dinner and... More

Situated on a side street and bordered by several quality restaurants in Rehoboth Beach, Confucius holds its own and excells in its specialty. Having eaten there several times over the years and without hesitation to meet friends there, the quality of the ambiance, service and, of course, the food has unwavered from a high standard. Anything they do with seafood... More

Food here is light and fresh - no heavy gooey sauces no dripping oil. Wait staff is attentive and personable.

Just had a terrific dinner at this great Chinese Restaurant on Wilmington Avenue. The food is perfect. We shared appetizers of Calamari and Frog Legs that were light and spicy - very nicely done. For entrees, we had Hunan beef, Hunan Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and a plate of Smoked tofu. We really couldn't finish the large portions, so future... More
