This is one of the tourist spots in Mystic. Some nice views, centrally located, generally fairs well enough in other reviews. I have never been impressed by the food at all, but the service is good, and it's one of the few restaurants in Mystic where it is fairly easy to seat a large party. There are several alternatives in... More

Stylish yet quaint restaurant with a tremendous town and water view. The service was attentive, informed and friendly. The food was beautifully plated and delicious. The seafood potato skins are unique and the bisque with a dash of sherry was perfect.

An impromptu Saturday lunch with my husband whilst in the Mystic area brought us to this restaurant. It had been recommended by a local hotel. We arrived at 1:15pm and were seated at 1:45pm. First impressions - quitevposh, nice view, tables crammed in and paper table cloths - almost seemed wierd to have such contradictions. Waiter came over and introduced... More

Seafood at its best! We thoroughly enjoyed the meal from the wonderful bisque and chowder to the entree - great presentation as well. Melissa and Kate were excellent wait staff - thank you for the excellent service.

They food and service here are great. They put crayons on the table so you can draw on the table cloths which is always a good time. They also have fun cocktails that were delicious. It's a complete package for a good fun atmosphere with incredible food and service.

Even if you are there one night only, you will see all the locals enter this restaurant. Get there during the sunset and enjoy the river view. Order the local scallops for a meal to remember.

I ordered the swordfish with grilled shrimp. The fish and the accoampaniments were delish!! Everything tasted so fresh. The butternut squash side dish was out of this world. The hostess and the waiter provided excellent service and a lot of attention to our large party of 8. You can't go wrong choosing this restaurant.

This very attractive, two-story glassed in restaurant is ideally located beside the swing bridge on the Mystic River. From the upstairs window table where my wife and sat for lunch a few days ago, we watched the bridge rise and the sailboats pass through under engine, on their way to open water off the Connecticut shore. Looking from our table... More

We waked into S & P on a Friday at dinner time. As it was still prior to Memorial Day we were seated in 5-10 minutes. We chose to sit outside on the wall at the bar/cocktail tables. Our server with sunglasses was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The Bloody Mary (Major Peters mix) was good. The Blue Point Oysters (about... More
