Despite interesting sounding menu choices, the food is mediocre. The setting is lovely and the fire in the bar area is a nice place to cozy up in the winter.

Building and atmosphere can't be beat. The bar is fantastic- exposed ledge breaking through the walls and low ceilings make for a cozy setting. Great place for a date.

The prime rib here is huge and very good. Looking at other plates that were being delivered it all looked like generous amounts of food very well prepared. We had a table looking out on the waterfall, a great view. We only wished we had time to come back to try more items from the menu. We will definitely come...

My sister and I went out for an impromptu dinner on a Tuesday evening and decided to go to the Brushmill. Although it was a quiet night and there were only maybe 6 or 7 tables in the dining room filled, there was only one waitress and she was perhaps stretched too thin. The prices seemed to have gone up...

To enter the restaurnt you must cross a wooden dovered bridge, that has a lighted waterfall cascading down the side. I have been told once the winter arrives and the...

We havn't been here in a couple of years and the last time we busted them for a very young and inexperienced waitress, so much so she made us somewhat uncomfortable and was really a distraction to the meal. Not so this time! Good waitress, engaging and pleasant. It was a Sunday evening and while there wasn't a big crowd...

As several other reviewers have noted this restaurant is in an old mill has a great atmosphere from walking across the covered bridge to the entrance to the old mill interior. Our server was friendly but tended to disappear for long periods of time, there only 3 other tables with people seated at them. The portions were huge but the...

Had dinner at Brushmill twice in June. The location was once a brush factory. Stream and small waterfall run along side. Was a Chart House, then became Sage American. Now it's Brushmill. Cozy bar; most dining upstairs. Nice atmosphere. Service (particularly by Maureen) is very good. We've tried prime rib, rack of lamb and cajun ribeye. All were terrific. Will...

Service was very nice, plenty of ambiance, ordered prime rib, queen cut, vegetables were fine, meat was the worst piece of grizzled meat I ever had! I wouldn't feed that to my dog. very unfortunate, I don't know how they get away with it! My girlfriend ordered the same and had the same results, actually hers was worse then mine
