Small place - seems to be frequented by locals. Food was not impressive, ordered a croissant which was burnt - asked if I could please have one that is not burnt, the woman behind the counter got snippy and informed me the croissant was not burnt. Nothing else looked great, so I took it. Way overpriced for quality and service,... More

We walked into BBC on a lark, knowing that we were hungry but not having done much research on Telluride restaurants. We immediately enjoyed the funky, cool, offbeat, slightly CA vibe. Lots of white, sunny, and simple. The menu grabs you next: Lots of salads in the see-through fridge and a style of ordering whereby you can choose one, two... More

This place has a "deli" feel about it... very nice, but small, dining area when you walk in... cozy. Two employees typically work the front counter and they can get overwhelmed when the phone rings and there are lines of folks waiting to place their order and get refills of coffee.. be patient. The food is a bit on the... More

Stepping up into the restaurant, I immediately liked the clean, airy colors and lines. Although the menus shown high up on the boards seemed to explain things well, I wanted to ensure I understood the process, so I asked the girl how the menu worked. Her answer was thorough, but it was not helped by the twinge of sarcastic impatience.... More

The Butcher and the Baker is situated in the old Maggie's bakery spot on Main Street. They have freshly prepared items, and something different every day. Bursts of flavor in everything that they do. Also, please try their catering service. It's one of the best.

This place is just cool! They have a very local and sustainable vibe about them. The baked goods, coffee and coco are perfect after a full day of skiing. It's conveniently located on Main street. Great place to read a book and grab something to eat and drink!

If you could only eat at one place in Telluride, go to The Butcher/The Baker on Main St. They offer breakfast and lunch. The chai is outstandingly strong and gingerish. It is probably the best fresh food in the State (I live in Colorado and know!). It is just a bakery atmosphere but if you look around the room, it... More

Perfect breakfast place, although lunch was good too. Everything was fresh and appeared to be made with local ingredients when available. Lots of veggie and some vegan options. Cute atmosphere and friendly staff.

Small place on Main Street. We stopped in for a sandwich to take on our hike. Sandwiches are made to order with lots of choices. Turkey was the real deal....oven roasted. Bread was excellent. It was a tasty sandwich for $9 and big enough for the two of us. What could use improvement is the service. Slow getting the sandwich... More

We went here for lunch and enjoyed a sandwich and wrap which we're both excellent! But for both (with no sides), and 2 drinks, it was about $25. Not that the food wasn't good, but seemed a little much for an entree for me. Nice, small town bakery.
