Small cozy restaurant. Real Italian food. Delicious sauces. Great service. Definitely would go there again when in the area.

We ordered fish,,and it was beautifully cooked , in Italian style. service was wonderful, and we enjoyed the Salida wines from 4 mikes away. everything we ate and drank was delicious.
We went to Grimo's a year ago while in the Salida area, and loved the friendly ambiance and delicious food, so we were very eager to return this ski season. Servings are very generous with both soup and salad to compliment the entrees. Lasagna is very meaty and delicious! Decor is lovely, a real treasure!
My wife has gone to Grimos on a number of ocassions after climbing 14ers in Colorado. Last night was my first time. Great food and wine at an incredible value.
We've been enjoying the fabulous food at Grimos for about 6 years. They consistently have a quality fare and great service. We met Frank Grimo a few years back and relate to his hard working attitude. Shannon, Terry, and Tracy have given us great service at every dining experience. Can't wait to get back there soon.
this place is always consistant...always good...a little heavy on the onions but over all a very nice dining experience
Great food, fast friendly service and decorated for the holidays. If you are in the area, be sure to stop in for great Italian food!
We've lived in the area almost ten years and Grimos is our favorite in the area. The atmosphere is nice, we make reservations so we can get our favorite table. I love their Italian dishes, my husband loves the prime rib. We have brought many local friends here and also out of towners. Never a bad meal. Service always good...

service agonizingly slow. my chicken parm was just average. my hubby had lasagna, it was sooo over run with oregano, it was not edible. We were there for my son's 21st birthday, he had manicotti, which tasted like the cardboard box it seemed to have come out of. we were very disappointed,, esp since the parking lot is always full.
We found Grimos while looking for a good restaurant for our larger group of 10. Being situated in Poncha Springs, we didn't expect to find such authentic Italian food but were pleasantly surprised when we did. The only complaint is that it took quite a long time to get our food, but I could chalk that up to the size...
