Charming location on Main Street in an old house. Their front patio was a great place to enjoy our excellent lunch. Their baked goods looked wonderful!!
Pagosa Springs is one of my favorite Colorado towns. Small enough to be quaint yet enough there to have some fun and the views and hot springs top it off. This bakery serves delicious coffees and food and provides seating with a curbside outdoor view of mainstreet. Great for people watching. Indoor seating too. Nice old historical home as a... More
The pie here was so good. We had a apple/blueberry that was seriously one of the best I've ever eaten. Well worth a stop.

We stop here often on our way thru Pagosa Springs and always enjoy the food. You order at the counter and if it is busy the foods comes out verrry slowly. Healthy options for sandwiches and salads. Homemade desserts and pies.
We stopped in for breakfast one morning. I had three ham and cheese biscuits and my wife had a lemon poppyseed muffin. The biscuits were the flakiest I've ever had and the country ham and cheddar were great. My wife really liked her muffin and liked the lemon curd filling! We sat outside on the wrought iron tables and chairs.
We are breakfast a few times while visiting Pegosa Springs and definately recommend. Their baked goods are awesome and the staff pleasent. All of their breakfast menu looked good. We had the burrito an it was one of the best we had. Their baked goods are temping so throw away the will power and enjoy.
Locally owned and operated with daily made baked goods and coffee. Delicious food and coffee. Great, laid-back coffee shop ambiance. Great place to start your day. I would love to go back.
We were drawn in by all the utility vehicles parked in front of the bake shop. The shop was full of people fighting the Pagosa Springs fire. We've never seen breakfast burritos so large with so many people wolfing them down. My wife and I filled up on scones and their great coffee. The others in our party had the... More
