This restaurant was fine, but just didn't do it for me. I thought the lunch prices were a little high. My salmon was a bit fishy and the meal sat heavily afterwards, which seems unusual for Japanese food. The staff were very nice even though short-handed. More

Suehiro's is simply the best in Colorado for sushi, since we don't have ocean views,it is hard to get good fresh fish. Suehiro's fits the bill. we have gone there numerous time and have never been disappointed. They always have some new roll or something yummy. This time it was the 007 roll, it truly was the best.
