Delicious food really fast. There is a line because it is a popular spot, but it goes quickly. You get it your way. They are very accommodating. It is cafeteria style so you seat yourself and clean up yourself but you get in and out fast. Yummy!

We ate at the second location at the recommendation of our hotel staff, and we were not disappointed. Service was very good for a fast food prep line. We found this place by accident on our way through town. The line was out the door... I got the Baja Tacos, were the fish was perfectly cooked. Similar to the "build your own" chains that are so popular, but with better ingredients. Down side - they are so busy that the line goes outside or winds around inside, and often difficult to find a seat.

Zias is by far one of the best places to eat in Durango. It can be busy, but now that they have a second location thats no longer a problem. If you're passing through town make sure to stop by!
