I was excited to have a "cosmo" at Cosmo's. It was not mixed well and way too expensive! I think we were even there for happy hour. We had to wait a long time for food and we only ordered appetizers. Their rooftop patio is hard to beat though. That was the funnest part of the entire evening! More
