$6 burgers on Sundays and Wednesdays, plus lots of other deals throughout the week. The staff is friendly and always know what we want when we go in.
I've been to A-Cafe a few times over the years, and I have to say - the quality of service and of food is consistently great! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for brunch (SO tasty!) or for dinner (they have great barbecue sauce!) or anytime in between. It's close to Lake Dillon, and a perfect location to walk around... More
We only stopped for a coffee/tea, but I thought that it was worth to mention this place. The server made it quick, and the restaurant/bar seemed to be a nice place to eat. And the prices fair.
Enjoyed thr food, the decor and the wait staff. Very casual surroundings with great eats! Will go back for sure!
We went to the Arapahoe because it was next door to our hotel, and were quite pleasantly surprised. Food was good (Steak, cajun trout with artichoke rice) and plentiful, and service was attentive and professional. Shared the apple cobbler for dessert and couldn't finish it! The place was crowded, even on a Monday night, so it's clearly popular, and its... More
Well, as mentioned in an earlier review- our secret is out- we have great cobbler! Thanks for coming to dinner, we hope you'll be back. ~Stephanie More
What a beautiful outdoor patio with wonderful views. Reuben and potato salad superior--service above board. We will return and try some of their more interesting menu items. They had run out of the tuna that day or we would have tried the very interesting salad. I had a chuckle with the waitress when I asked her about the trout salad.... More
Thanks for your review. The Reuben is one of my personal favorites: Corned beef, kraut, Swiss & thousand island dressing on marbled rye --all melted, toasty and delicious! ~Stephanie More
Between Denver and Vail, we have three favorite Breakfast spots,The Arapahoe Cafe and Pub is one of them. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The food and selection are outstanding. It ranges from wonderfully prepared traditional Breakfasts like "Sara's" to selections for those watching fat and cholesterol. The restaurant is based in an old larger home near the shore of... More
Wow, what a great comment: "She would not let me see the bottom of my coffee cup." We'll make sure to tell Amy: good job! ~Stephanie More
We had a nice supper here while staying in Dillon. They were very busy but our waiter still kept checking on us and making sure everything was fine. It was very rustic décor and everything was clean. I do recommend though to go early before 6 because after is when it did get very busy. I had the cranberry apple... More
Our secret is out now-our cobbler is tasty! Yes, we do get busy and we're a small place so thanks for the timing suggestion. ~Stephanie More
We had a wonderful trout spinach salad this evening, and thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. Fun and kind of rustic. Highly recommend it if you are in the area.
Hello, and thanks for your comments. We are rustic and not shiny and new- we've heard that's part of our charm! Stop by again. ~Stephanie More
The food is delicious and very reasonable. Will go back and try it again with the hopes of getting a happy wait staff that enjoy there job and the hope that I can get at least a coffee refill without asking. I felt the wait staff unfriendly and not happy to serve. Never even once saw a smile and seemed... More
