We ate here a few times during our recent stay in Denver and really enjoyed it. The food tastes good and the portions are not skimpy. We really enjoyed their fajitas. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Just be aware that things are made to order, and that means things can take a little time, so if you are... More

I have been eating here for almost 10 years when I visit Denver. We are always happy to come here for a kosher lunch/dinner, and there's always something new to try. It's not a 5-Star joint, but it's a pleasant and satisfying place for a meal. And they now have sushi on Mondays!

It took us a while to find the place ( a bit far out for out of towners) but it was fine. Located in a bit of a run down shopping area, the deli was better than average. The service was prompt and courteous. The corned beff and the pastrami were up there with the original "eastside" standards. The restaurant... More

Even though is has been about ten years between visits, I enjoyed the breakfast both times.

We were in Denver for a conference/vacation and went to ESKD twice. The diverse menu attracted us; there were the usual "East Coast" menu items, plus things you just don't find at a kosher deli in New York, such as the North African lamb stew and the braised lamb shank. The staff was pleasant and helpful, down to the waitress... More

So good I went out of my way to go back. I had low expectations after reading the other reviews on here, almost didn't go. Thankfully I did. Went twice, each time with a different business partner who don't keep kosher. The first time I had the BBQ ribs and he had the rib eye steak. Both were delicious and... More

Stay away, the food is bad and the owner is rude to his customers. You can find most of the Kosher items you need at the nearby supermarket on Leetsdale and Monaco.

Denver does not have an abundance of kosher restaurants, so it may be that is why this establishment can get away with having an overpriced menu and what I see as an attitude problem. Food is okay, nothing special, but it is kosher, and that is the lone draw for many patrons. Some staff do not speak English well, making... More
