Enjoy excellent food and superb service while dining at the Palace Arms in the Brown Palace Hotel. The menu is varied and the wait staff anticipates your requests. The restaurant is decorated with many artifacts from the Napoleonic era. The Brown Palace Hotel was founded in 1892 so a visit to this restaurant is a step back in history as... More

On the spur of the moment my wife and I flew to Denver and stayed at the Brown Palace Hotel. The Palace Arms is the hotel's fine dining restaurant and we made reservations knowing that this would be a delightful and memorable evening. We were not disappointed. We were welcomed with enthusiasm and called by name throughout the entire evening,... More

We celebrated a 90th birthday here with a party of 8. I've previously eaten here, but only as a couple. (It was a 90th bday party, but the average age was 40 - just so you don't get the wrong impression). Our experience was exceptional. The place is formal, with the staff all wearing tuxedos and antique flags and etc... More

Four of us opted for their four course menu. Fixed price at $85, it was pricey but every aspect of the meal was great. Service was classy and prompt. The timing between courses was perfect and each item was very very good. The bison filet was very good. The bananas foster served table side was wonderful. The crab cake appetizer... More

I had dinner here two nights in a row. The first was with a group for a very nice dinner. I would certainly recommend them for a group of a dozen or so. I stayed at the hotel a second night and returned on my own. Great choice. The food was exceptionally well done. The fois gras, bouillabaisse and specialty... More

Elegant dinner surroundings and a place to go for a special meal. The food is excellent....service is outstanding. Take you time, this is not a eat and run place....things need to be savored. The desert menu was somewhat disappointing...but at that point who needs desert.

Perfectly tasty and well-served meal, albeit from a special event menu in a private room. YMMV with the a la carte menu in the dining room. Didn't do the cigar bar.

They maintain the Asian Fusion recipes of their former chef but don't seem to understand their preparation. However, the service remains impeccable and wine list is extraordinary. Decorations in the Brown Palace atrium for the holidays are well worth tea or a cocktail in the lobby this month though,

My husband recently surprised me with dinner at the Palace Arms for our 20th anniversary. We celebrated out first there as well. Elegance abounds, service is outstanding yet comfortable, the food, none better in Denver. Superior!

What an amazing hotel and even better restaurant, the food was great and the service first class. An amazing wine list. The flambé bananas at the end are a treat. There is also a cigar bar too. A great night.
