Great food, excellent and innovative menu. Wonderful wine list and a sommelier who knows what he is doing. We love returning to The Summit whenever we visit the Springs. The Angry Trout is a great dish.

We wanted a bit more casual evening and the Summit fit the bill. It was a nice evening with suggested wines from their sommelier, great appetizers and excellent main courses.

Reservations for this terrific restaurant fill up fast. We decided to eat at the bar, which was a great choice. The contemporary bar/lounge featured terrific service and excellent food. Had a lovely business dinner at the Summit while attending a conference and staying at the Broadmoor. The menu was creative, so we ended up overordering, but with great results! The service was friendly and accommodating. The dining room was lively but with a warm ambience.

Need I say more. Modern and the food is exceptional. We ate at the bar both times..... very comfortable.

Sat at the bar and had the best appitizers and wine. The bartender was fantastic at his wine, and found us a great un-oaked Chardonnay.

This dinner we had at the Summit was one of our best when in the Colorado Springs area. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. We had very good food and wine. It was such a nice evening.

We selected this casual restaurant as there were five of us including a 9 month old baby. We requested a corner table for squirm room and they honored our request.
