Very good beer, and food was good and not the typical bar food, but more bistro like and good value for the money. Nice alternative in Downtown Colorado springs.
Stopped in for a great lunch on a Sunday. We had their beer Gouda cheese soup it was very good, had great flavor. My husband enjoyed their beer especially the rail yard amber ale. We had their burgers, they were a good tasting burger. Our server Lisa was terrific! Kept checking on us. We would definitely come back.
Our 2nd experience was a good as the first, except they took the Sweet Potato Waffle Fries with the Honey Chili dipping sauce off the menu. Great place for meals, or just a beer and appetizer. The Pretzels were a big hit. We had their Rail Yard Amber Ale, very good. And the 2nd floor billiard hall with bar is... More
I travel to CO Springs about once every 3 months on business, and make it a point to eat here twice during my four-night stays. The food is always excellent, and a great value for the price. I recommend the porter brats, lamb, and sirloin. The beer is excellent too, lots of creative craft beers on draft. The cherry stout,... More
Dinner here on a Friday night was tasty and lively. The atmosphere was energetic- and the food was really good. The chicken fried bacon sliders were delicious, as well as the gouda soup, and the peanut crusted tofu salad. Our server wasn't our favorite- she was a bit short in the friendly and efficient department.
We stopped in for some beers and a bite to eat. We had read several positive reviews before trying this place. The beer choices were varied and the ones tried were very good. The server knew his beers. The food was excellent - very flavorful and inexpensive. The appetizer, warm pretzels were delicious. Nice place for families or couples.
My wife and I love craft beer. We pour at the Great American Beer Festival and All Colorado Beer Festival. We tried Phantom's sampler tray and were very pleasantly surprised how much we enjoy all of the beers. Normally there's a beer or 2 offered in a sampler tray that we simply don't enjoy. We liked all of the beers... More
I've been here a few times, most recently in November 2013. It was a Tuesday night, so it wasn't that crowded, but I have been here when it is. We didn't have to wait long to sit 6 of us. The beer was good and the waitress did a good job keeping track of who ordered what. We were a... More
Had dinner with large group (20) and meal was very good. Good selection of wine and beer. I had pork chops and husband had snapper. Both meals were large portions. The artichoke dip app was probably my favorite part. It was very tasty. We did have a large group and only one waitress was assigned to us. She got a... More
We went to check out the beer selection. Being downtown, it's very busy after working hours with business people. The food choices are very slim and strangely vary from bison burgers to fish and chips to lamb. The beer was good. I tried the seasonal pumpkin, it was nice. We had the beer, cheese soup. It was a little thin... More
