We love Carlos'. The only drawback is that it's very pricey. Dinner for two with an average wine was $250. Carlos is solicitous without being overbearing. I've never had anything I didn't like every time I've been there. We save going here for special occasions. Love it!

Carlos is fantastic! Not only does he serve the finest food around, it's served with style and the personal touch. Carlos greets you at the door, checks on your meal and wishes you a hearty good-bye when you leave. Between himself and his charming wife, not a detail is left out. Ambiance, hospitality, service and quality attach themselves to everything.

Great food, big prices, but worth it. Lots of variety-- different foods that you don't see everywhere.

We went to Carlos' Bistro early bird special--which was nicely priced. Unfortunately, the food wasn't as good as it should have been. We each had the daily soup special which was a creamy vegetable in a tomato base and was excellent. I have never had a bad experience at Carlos Bistro. I get the lamb chops almost every time I went as they were the best I found in Colorado. I hope to return to Colorado Springs again someday to eat there once more.
