It's my kids favorite restaurant. They are very good about food options for my kids with gluten allergies.

Mt. Fuji in Castle Rock is a nice change of pace when you are dining out and looking for something different. The hibachi cooking tables are so fun. The kids love watching the chefs! Service is average.

What happened to Mt. Fuji? It is under new ownership? Before the expansion this place was fun and had quality sushi....was there tonight and was soooo disappointed. Sticky floors, fatty, dull, flaccid fish in my sushi...rolls fell apart and tasted terrible! What a mess.

It would seem that only a few miles from Denver that a Hibachi joint would have access to fresh veggies and the like...apparently not because the stuff here was :-(~ yucky! Maybe an off day for them but its the only chance they will get to impress me!

Nice sushi restaurant, the staff was attentive and the food was well presented. Interior was bright with minimal decor, but clean. I'd come again!

Work locally and this is another place I love to frequent for lunch. Love the japanese cuisine and good service.
