You could probably get a burger with a hot dog on it at Franks... they have pretty much everything. I ordered the chili dog and got chili with a side of hot dog. Their Ortega burger is great. Serving size: American. If you're looking to get your grub on then come here. Prices are cheap!

Franks may be best known for its hot dogs, but everything my family has tried on the menu has been good, In particular, the jumbo burger is fantastic! The staff is helpful and the service is good.

I have been going to Franks since 1980. Now I make a point of stopping for a dog or 2 whenever I am in SLO. It isn't just out of habbit but can become habit Forming! Don't feel like a dog try the Monster Burger, you won't go huingry.

I came here once for dinner. The menu was too big, but everything was fine. Lots of fried things, all very fresh. Not much to complain about, but not much to go back for.

Franks is Famous for a reason! Consistent and GOOD quick food. Try their breakfast burrito n home made salsa, to their pancakes and eggs. Arnold said it best, "I'll be back!"

This is a hot dog hamburger place but neither are what you would call outstanding. It is a hang out place for college and high school student during lunch time so it can get crowded. There are a few outdoor tables to get away from the noise.

Frank's is the best. Good greasy spoon dogs and fries. We often get a variety of items to chow down on at work. The breakfasts are good value for money

Great selection of Hot Dogs and Hamburgers, crowded when we went, but service was quick. And just a short walk to our room.
