Dinner at Stillwater was loud...the decor was surprisingly plain. Views are great, though at night that doesn't matter. We did the 17 mile drive early morning and stopped at the Pebble Beach Resort to look around. We asked where we could find a coffee shop and the manager actually walked us out front to point out the location. When we asked if we could get breakfast there he told us they served a full breakfast in the lodge.... More

Last stop on "17 mile road". Great place to have lunch. The clam chowder is delicious, with the right amount of spices and a good serving of clams. The petit shellfish platter has a good assortment of oysters, crab legs, clams and shrimps. Service is attentive and courteous. The view on the golf course and ocean, just gorgeous!

My wife and I and another couple ate lunch here after doing the 17-mile drive (another must while here). The food is definitely overpriced but the view is great.
