The full dining experience was fantastic - the atmosphere, the service, the food, the drinks. My wife and I went with basically all of the server's recommendations on drinks, appetizers, meals, and dessert - and not a single complaint. We highly recommend their wedge salad, the scallops, the duck, and the chocolate dessert ravioli. Enjoy.

Thank you Greg once again for sharing the magic that is Copleys with us! We have spent a beautiful evening in this magical place every year that we've visited PS. That's been approximately the last ten years and when we someday have a more permanent home in the desert we will be regulars. The garden/patio area is truly enchanting and... More

You know it is not going well when a meber of staff says 'I'll check that your waitress has not forgotten you.'' It gets worse when it is repeated! Sat inside while an event was on outside. No one seemed to care about those inside. No acknowledgement, no did you have a good meal when we left etc. Have been... More

My wife and I were looking for a fine dining restaurant to highlight our 4-day weekend in Palm Springs. Copley's was exactly that. The host and server were very accommodating and friendly. The outdoor seating and ambience was amazing. It may have been the best outdoor dining experience I have ever had. The mountain views combined with the patio grounds... More

I cant believe that a place with such history and ambience would serve such tasteless, overpriced, wanna-be gourmet fare. One, its quite expensive, two, the menu is boring, three, pomme frites are not breaded fries from burger king. I realize that in a resort area customers are easy to get, and therefore facilities like this one dont have to try... More

I fell in love with this restaurant. I used Open Table to make a reservation and we were seated immediately outside at a lovely table. They have the most amazing scallops - appetizers and main dish. We could have stayed here all night - we had excellent service, food, wine, desserts - everything! I'm telling everyone to go here!

Secured a table using Open Table and was initially dismayed that we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. HOWEVER, the wait was well worth it. We were seated outside, with an enchanting view of the roaring firepit. A very attentive waitperson (Jordan?) described the specials without overselling them. I went with the standard pork chop, quite thick but... More

For our last night in Palm Springs we decided on Copleys and we were not disappointed. Located in an older building set back from the road we enjoyed every minute of our experience from the free valet parking to coffee and desert. The service was very good and our waiter not only gave us valuable information about dining choices but... More

Even the finest restaurants have an off night, and that was the case in 2012 when we visited with a overpoweringly large (12 plus) group of friends. We wrote a detailed and constructive critique to the owner, and his prompt and gracious response brought us back this year. Our dinner was spectacular & memorable, our finest meal in nine years...
