This restaurant is always our last dinner in LA prior to departure. S much to choose from but my all time favourite is dessert even if you can't fit it in you can take it with you. The best red velvet cake I have ever had. Well priced which is also important.

This is a "sister" chain to Cheesecake Factory. I happen to enjoy the Grand Lux in Las Vegas @ the Venitian/Palazzo Hotel more than in L.A.

A little on the pricey side, but well worth the tab is you are seeking fresh food with fantastic flavor and service that does not disappoint.

My friend took me there and said they make the best caesar salad in the world. She was right. I'm French and picky about food. She wanted us to share a vegetarian version, just the green salad and the dressing. It could have been boring I couldn't believe my eyes and my tastebuds. The salad was not only huge and... More

The Grand Lux Cafe reminded me of a Vegas style restaurant ~ it was that HUGE ~ and a wonderful and varied menu to go along with it. I had a small plate of the fish market special & shrimp for $14.95 and substituted asparagus for potatoes and was absolutely ~ in heaven ~ and full. Their homemade bread is... More

Two words - happy hour. Until the recent changes to the bar menu where they removed some of my favorite items, this happy hour was one of the best I've been to. The food is priced right and they offer a decent selection of drinks for $5. My favorite drink, however, isn't on the happy hour menu, but I order... More

Wide choice of menu items along with great service. We had a great meal here. The service was great and we loved all of the choices. Our server was great and very helpful.

My party of 11 did not arrive together. Although we were seated, we were not allowed to order appetizers until everyone arrived! Service was extremely slow. The portions were huge. The waiter forgot to mention that gratuity was included in the check. The decor is excellent. Simply put, the dining experience is overrated.

How sad. After going back a few times in our short stay, we had the misfortune to be served by a middle aged white guy who should not be in the front of house. He couldn't remember the orders properly nor could he remember whether the drinks he had poured were diet or regular. Our tuna was totally off as... More

We stopped here after being told a 3 hour wait at a nearby restaurant. The atmosphere is nice with many booths. Our server was kind and helpful. We had entre salads that were outstanding and shared a burger that was very good. The burger was cooked as requested and tasted very good. We will eat here again when visiting the... More
