Generous portions, home cooking but upgraded. Our favorite was the meatloaf sandwich on grilled sourdough with melted cheese and tomato slices. To die for!
The Tioga Pass Resort is a welcome sight after many miles of travelling and made an excellent stopping point for lunch whilst we were en route toLake Tahoe. Lovey rustic building and interior with only 4 or so tables plus a counter top with seats. We were served lunch by a lovely lady - Ann - I think. All 4... More
This is a very small cafe with big atmosphere and good food. It is just before the entrance to Yosemite. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner, with fair prices and excellent service. A very comfortable and friendly place to relax and have a good meal.

This is a must stop location for lunch or breakfast. Everything is very fresh and the service was friendly and attentive. I was so surprised to find such a great find for lunch and can not say enough good things about this place, just do yourself a favor and stop.
Sit on tree stump stools at the low counter and enjoy the atmosphere and excellent cuisine. I like the meatloaf, which is quite different and served with an absolutely wonderful sauce. The desserts are great, especially the world famous pies. For breakfast, I prefer the huge buckwheat pancakes or the French toast. Yummy.
