The "Break of Dawn" name is accurate if you are still on Hawaiian time since the restaurant opens at 8:00 Pacific time. Be that as it may, there were some hits and misses in my opinion. Anyone who has spent some time on the islands outside of all inclusive hotels knows the unique breadfast dishes influecnced by Asian, European and... More

美味可口, 他們的“ Potatoes + Eggs + Avocdo" dish, (Potato Skillet - must have dish ) 簡直好吃得不得了, 還有一味甜點 “ 法國布丁 ” ( Chocalate Cream Brulee - can't miss dish ).....這都是不可錯過的喲! 服務員工態度親切、很適合家庭、朋友一商務、和來這城市旅行者來嚐試。 一家不可錯過好吃的餐廳

Being open only Thursday through Sunday for breakfast and lunch, the hours mean that locals and serious diners make the trek there. And well they should - the food is outstanding. Whenever I travel to Southern California, I try to find time to visit with the good friends who introduced me to the place. For me, timing is not the... More

Enroute from Los Angeles to San Diego, we searched "best breakfast between ...." This restaurant came up in a Chowhound search in answer to the same question. How right they were! Creative, inventive, not too serious with just the right amount of humor and heat when you want it. First of all, though sorely tempted, we did NOT have the... More

I travel to SoCal at least twice a year to visit my son. I always use tripadvisor to find and try new places to eat. I'm not a fan of "typical" breakfast foods. Break of Dawn is definately not typical. My son and I arrived around 10:30 on a Saturday. We were seated right away. We decided to sit outside... More

Read about this restaurant in an inflight magazine coming back from Chicago. Loved the concept and all the reviews I read. Had brunch on Sunday and I have to say thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I ordered the braised short ribs with poached eggs and my wife ordered the eggs with lamb and feta. The flavors were unique and we really... More

This restaurant has totally unusual and excellent food. The menu sounds strange but all the flavors go really well together and I've never had better eggs. Service is great and the restaurant itself is very nice.

Unique little restaurant located in the back ofa local mall area and can be a little tricky to locate which is why mostly locals were present which was nice. They offer a variety of specially prepared breakfast meals not normally found which made it fun and exciting to try. Food was tasty though a feel a little over priced. If... More

My son and I try different restaurants for breakfast every weekend. We have gone here several times. the vietnamese coffee is wonderful Most of the dishes are unique. We have had the short rib macaroni and cheese a few times as there is nothing like it. Don't go if you want a regular large American breakfast. But definitely go if... More
