This is a casual fun and funky place to dine that offers a varied Caribbean menu at a very affordable price. The service is great, the drinks are generous as are the portions. Definitely worth a visit.
This is a neat littile place in Laguna beach and food is utterly amazing! Cajun shrimp is not for faint of heart- so spicy that one of my friends asked Eva if it had 'Harbenero peppers', to which Eva's response was ' harbenero peppers?' And she just smiled!
We pulled our friend's leg coz obviously he did not know Carribean...

Having travelled to the Caribbean dozens of times, and based upon the hIgh ratings for this restaurant, I must say that my expectations were high. Quaint look from the outside led to a rather basic, yet colorful interior seating area. But we came here for the food. Conch fritters were average, at best, as an appetizer. The curry chicken main...

What an amazing find! We've eaten at Eva's a few times now and each time is better than the last. The quaint little hide away in PCH is with the drive. Belva's boutique feel allows for personal interaction with the wait staff, cook and Eva herself. Don't miss the grilled pineapple martinis, the brown suga martini, the conch fritters .. Haven't...

Came to Eva's while staying at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel. Love the colorful atmosphere and island menu. Service was very nice and friendly - Eva is usually there cooking! Mainly a local's restaurant which is what I look for when I'm in town. This is a fun, relaxed atmosphere - not a white table-cloth stuffy place. So come for...

The other night my family and I went to Eva's. We had a lovely waiter and very nice food. I had the Island Caesar Salad. It was very good. It had a nice tang to it. For desert I had the key lime pie, which was SUPER tart. The overall experience was phenomenal. I would go back.
Wow! Eva is simply amazing. My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner here on December 27, 2012, and the entire event was just perfect in every way. The decor and phenomenal cuisine whisk you off to the Caribbean which was exactly what we were looking for. My mother's side of the family is from Puerto Rico, so because of...

This place gets great reviews but I didn't like it. So I would just say that perhaps, it just doesn't suit my taste. The place is definitely not classified as highend by any means and decoration not for romantic dinners.
You feel welcomed immediately! Recommend Eva's knockout rum punch, spicy prawn appetizer and conch fritters. The jerk pork and curry snapper were excellent. Definely a local favorite with a neighborhood feel.
