We chose this restaurant for our final place while visiting San Diego and staying at Welk Resort based on TripAdvisor reviews. The specials were delicious. The plates came out hot and remained hot throughout the meal. Service was attentive and responsive to our request. Prices were comparable to other fine dining places that we've frequented. Be aware that Friday nite... More

We live in Escondido and frequent Vincents once a month. Menu changes with the seasons and is always delicious. Good service. Nice decor. Vincent is great and makes you feel at home. More

We called in the afternoon to book a table and spoke to the owner, who promptly forgot to pass on the reservation to his hostess. So when we arrived for dinner, there was no table waiting for us. Sure, mistakes happen, but when they do, you make amends for them. You do not make them worse. But Vincent clearly had... More

We were fortunate to get a reservation for Valentine's Day dinner. The menu was incredible and the service was excellent. They provided a festive setting with red and gold balloons at the ceiling with their streamers hanging down, and there were roses and decorations in the entry. Chef Vincent made the rounds of the dining room twice while we were... More

Vincent's is our family's favorite restaurant in Escondido, and stands up well to some of the top restaurants we've visited across San DIego County. The food preparation is a high mark, which you can experience in the unique flavors of their delicious soups and sauces. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. A great place for dinner after viewing the classic cars... More

Elegant, great wine, attentive service. There are way too many choices for restaurants in.and around Escondido. We did the Old California Restaurant Row in San Marcos and nothing there compared with Vincents. I had the veal and my husband had the fish. Both dinners were cooked to perfection and the sauces delectable. Our wait staff were cheerful and chatty all... More

Made a reservation and was glad we did because it was packed and we wouldn't have been able to get in without one. The restaurant it very small on Grand Ave. My husband wanted to get the Foie Gras but they were out for the evening so we had the escargot for an appetizer and it was excellent. The best... More
