Seriously disappointing at 2PM on a Tuesday. Dishes ordered: Ceviche Mixto: truly an art dish, it requires seriously skillful hands to make one above average. This one was almost frozen (what?) which indicated that the pieces of seafood were kept frozen before starting the elaborate making of this dish. No sophistication on this one. Been to this location a couple times as well as the one in Gardena. Our party of five arrived Sunday around 5pm and found all seats occupied....a good indication economy improving.
