Medusa's is located right off of Hwy 1. The food was good and made fresh to order. We had the chicken tacos and quesadilla and both were very tasty. You can dine in or carry out.

The owners are great and everything is super delicious! Full Mexican Menu with a lot of extras. If you are a vegetarian they have a great butternut squash enchiladas and tofu can be substituted for any meat dish.
Recommended by the patrons of Cambria Ale House, this is the real deal. Good Mexican food like mi abuela is in the house! Wondeful tamales served in a fun filled atmosphere.
This place reminds me of my favorite Mexican place in San Jose. It's fresh, delicious and uses all of the ingredients I like to see in a burrito. Excellent stop for a quick and yummy lunch with portions that were just the right size and not huge.
Its worth the drive from CenCal...My fiancée and I love this place!!! Found it on a day trip a few months ago & return everytime we go coastal!
After a long day of travel we just wanted some Mexican food. We were staying down the road in San Simeon and this was only 5 minutes down the highway. This was a wonderful surprise. Every dish was loaded with flavor. The salsa was fresh and homemade. The service was very fast. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I picked up lunch there with my co-workers. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Great customer service. I had heard that this business recently changed ownership??? Not sure though. The beans and rice tasted delicious, the Carne Asada Tacos were ok. The meat was tender, but lacked a lot of flavor. Of course I am not a fan of...

Food had NO Flavor. Was not that good. Would not recomend.
Mexican food actually prepared by the owner who is a Mexican. Great for take- out also. Also, open a little later than most of the restaurants in Cambria.
This is a very basic no-frills restaurant with limited seating, but the food was good. We ordered a burrito and some tacos, and ate them with relish. The tortilla chips were so-so, but the salsa was nice. The owner (I think) came out to chat with the customers. He was friendly and personable. The service was quick.
