Linda knows her wines she has a nice selection and has a variety of options, do a tasting, by the glass or by the bottle. The Wine Closet is a real find. Linda is great at helping you taste and select wines. The selection is extensive and very reasonably priced. They frequently showcase new wines and virtually none of these are available in the big box stores. They have small plates on some nights, and also excellent craft beers. “The Best wine selection, the greatest lady's, ever”

I like this place, I get a great selection of wines for tasting and for purchasing. I went home with (4) great bottles of Malbec last Thursday. The place could be bigger but had charm and a lot of wine, wine,accessories and art for sale.

The Wine Closet is a small wine store on Ventura Boulevard in old town Camarillo. It is just south of the Camarillo outlets. Linda, the owner manager, hand picks the wines offered, primarily from California vineyards. She has the best selection of moderately priced wines that I have found in California. We have not bought a bad bottle from her.... More
