We were wanting good Chinese food and found it here. Wait staff was very nice. The restaurant was busy and we found out why. Food was wonderful!

I'm a Bishop native who lives in Seattle now. I cannot find a single Chinese restaurant in Seattle as good as this little place on Main Street (and believe me, I'm looking). The decor is great, the menu complete, and the preparation is always something close to perfect. I try to get back to Imperial Gourmet whenever I get back... More

This restaurant was in walking distance from the place we were staying. The food was tasty, the service great, and the prices reasonable. We had leftovers for the next day and they were delicious.

We stayed in the Creekside Inn just across the road from the Imperial Gourmet Restaurant and as we arrived a little late the dining options were few. We found the restaurant and opted for take-away and didn't have to wait too long for our food to be ready. After carrying it back to the hotel we sat outside and ate... More

Nice place with good ambiance but food was bland and disappointing. We got 2 entrees to go, ended up eating the eggrolls and discarding most of the rest. Fried eggplant was extremely oily. Kung Pao tofu had no flavor at all.

Had tried many chinese restaurant in the US, this is one of the best, very genuine, not sure they cook genuine as they know we are Chinese, or they jus cook this way. As most of the Chiense restaurant cook American way with lots of jam and sugar. Will suggest to everyone if you are visiting bishop.

The food and service were very good. I love Chinese food and they had a good choice of many things but this time I just went with the Wonton Soup for two. Lots of wontons, pork, chicken, shrimp, vegetables and good broth, very very good. My husband had the combination plate, plenty of food, soup, egg roll, pork rib then... More

Thai Thai was closed so we tried this restaurant. What a mistake! We both ordered the $16 combo plates. The side dishes came out as a plate full of unidentifiable deep fried tasteless blobs. I ordered Mongolian beef entree extra spicy and received overcooked pieces of meat soaked in a goopy tasteless brown sauce that was not spicy. My wife's... More
