When friends come to visit and we suggest this, we are invariably met with 'it seems wrong to not be eating Mallorcan food'. However, when the food is as good as this, it makes no sense not to. Wontons and spring rolls for starters, beef and chicken for mains, both to an excellent standard, and in no way expensive, bottle... More

Small Malaysian restaurant in Soller town run by an Englishman front of house and his Malaysian wife preparing the food. This is a simple set up with a homely feel and personal service. The menu isn't extensive but the quality is stunning. We both had three courses of different dishes so we could taste as much on the menu as... More

This is a small restaurant, just a short stroll from the main square in Soller and WELL worth a visit. The chef is Malaysian and was trained by her parents to cook and the authentic Malaysian food is simply stunning. I suspect that their clients are probably limited to tourists (not sure how many Spanish eat Malaysian food, but they... More

My sister and I were very pleased we decided to try something other than 'local' food this evening for dinner. We read some reviews about Kopitiam so we decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. Stacy had the green chicken curry and I had the port noodle dish. We were given a warm welcomde by the... More

After a week of enjoying purely Mediterranean food and craving something different, Kopitiam was a welcome find! The food was cooked to an exceptionally high standard, everything extremely fresh and made to order. The wonton starter was a highlight, which seemed more like dim sum - really light and fragrant and the special Langoustine Curry was excellent value - lots... More

Situated in a quiet street in the centre of Soller town, this was a wonderful find. Its a perfect little restaurant to choose if your taste buds desire something a little flavoursome, spicy and different. The restaurant offers 3 small areas in which to sit, front of house, mid section or in the cute little tranquil terrace at the back... More

As said by others, this place is a welcome change. The husband and wife team offer a quiet, relaxed atmosphere in this small restaurant. Spotlessly clean, as you can see into the kitchen on your way to the terrace to the rear. A real find. Highly recommended! More

I hope my review prompts support for Kopitiam and is the start of a discovery for others. This restaurant deserves support because of the skill and honesty with which the food is created. The general fair in the market square is bland in comparison so do stray far from the madding crowd and enjoy. I genuinely wish the owners every... More

A real find and a welcome change from the plethora of restaurants in the town square selling tapas etc. The food was a delight, home cooked, fresh and tasty. I rarely choose to eat outside the local genre when abroad but I am so glad that I broke my own rule on this occasion! A little off the beaten track... More
