Just love coming here, the food is delicious , the buzz is electric, and the staff are great, give them a visit, you won't be disappointed!!
This was the second time in Nerja and on both occasions we have visited this place for a Cana. A small beer and a tapas. Usually fish but their pork loin and skewers are excellent too. Couldn't possibly think of a visit top Nerja without going here. Traditionally Spanish but a modern Tapas area. Out the back there is a... More
We arrived here walking into a very busy, very Spanish bar. Before we turned and left we were pointed to the back of the building where there is a big outdoor (covered) eating area. This place is a fish lovers dream (unfortunately I am not a fan of fish) but there were plenty of other yummy dishes! I especially recommend... More
Went here for tapas a few times on my recent visit. Great choice of free tapas with your drink, good quality also. I had a late lunch on the terrace and had great food, tomato & garlic salad, small cubes of deep fried shark, lovely pork.
I've been coming to Nerja for a number of years and had never ventured into "El Pulguilla", probably because it looked a bit "touristy" and I prefer the real Spanish feel. A friend of mine and I were walking through the town when he suggested we pop in, he had been in there on numerous occasions and was surprised I'd... More

Outstanding and fresh seafood!! My wife and I went here twice on our trip in Nerja. The service was really friendly and we had a fantastic time. The cockles were outstanding, order the half racion with the garlic sauce.
Entry to the restaurant is either through the bar off the side street or from the main car park...speciality is fresh fish which is cooked well and served in generous portions. It gets busy quickly, and service can be stretched when it is, but the buzz makes up for that.
Our friends, with whom we dined, recommended this restaurant to us. We chose to eat in the rear restaurant area, rather in the front tapas bar, where most of the locals eat. The restaurant is massive and was nearly empty at the time of our visit. All four of us decided on fish for our main courses, as this is... More
This place is always buzzing, full of locals and tourists alike. It is a great spot to stop for a quick drink and fishy tapas and soak up the atmosphere. The bacalao, calamaritos, and sardinas are great but they also have pinchitos and filletillos for the carnivores
